Often the most efficient and “greenest” way to get new up-to-date facilities is to reuse and renew existing facilities. Ordiz-Melby Architects embraces this concept and works hard to ensure that remodeled or repurposed facilities renew not only buildings but the spirit of their users. Working closely with the building users and using history to inform the new design we hope to revitalize mature facilities for an improved purpose.
