This significantly modified reuse of plans project incorporates over 179,000 square feet and had a final construction budget of $33 million

The owners liked the arrangement and functionality of an existing San Joaquin Valley school but needed their school to be adapted to the mountain climate of Tehachapi.

They also needed it to be designed and plan checked in a very short time inorder to capture State funding that was rapidly running out. This project was successeded on both major tasks and has become a center of the community.
