The Grimmway Farms Sales and Executive Offices complex, completed in 2017, is a 15,000 sf facility located within some of the company’s prime growing region in Arvin, California.

Project Summary
The building combines corporates sales teams, marketing, accounting, and executive offices into one location adjacent to existing farming and processing operations. Permanent pre-fabricated modular construction components were used to successfully meet an aggressive development schedule.
A key driver for the building’s design was to bring the surrounding views of the adjacent vegetable fields into the facility. The design team positioned department offices strategically to take advantage of the outdoor views. Building massing was carefully designed to blend in with the surrounding landscape. Solar shades at building openings provide shade on sunny days and reflect useful light into the building. A central outdoor courtyard links the facility to existing social and recreational improvements and creates a pleasant outdoor setting for both employees and visitors.
