ROBERT “ROB” TROST, AIA

Rob Trost, AIA has a wide range of architectural experience.  With over thirty five years of experience in architectural design for both public and private sectors clients he presents a quiet confidence to clients that their project will receive the benefit of his knowledgeable attention and care. 

Ordiz-Melby Architects, Inc. is enriched by his vast experience and thorough understanding of the regulatory process.  Rob’s calm demeanor and comprehensive grasp of how buildings are designed, documented and built allow him to instill confidence in both builders and clients.  His communication skills and attention to the client needs makes him a valuable asset to the firm.

Rob is very active with the Boy Scouts of America and is active in the local American Institute of Architect Golden Empire Chapter. Rob is the 2017 Chapter President for the Golden Empire Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

 

LARRY ARONAT, AIA

 

Larry Aronat, AIA brings over thirty years of experience in new construction and interior renovation to Ordiz-Melby Architects, Inc.  Larry studied architecture at California Polytechnic University at Pomona and in 1982 received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture.  He is a registered architect in California and Washington.

 

Larry has been responsible for the design and preparation of construction documents to numerous projects including residential, commercial, religious, medical, educational, industrial, manufacturing and agricultural.   Larry also possesses excellent graphic communication skills and is an accomplished architectural photographer with his work published in AIACC’s arcCA magazine. His passions are design, graphic design and photography (architectural and sports), cycling and is an avid audiophile and collector of vintage and current vinyl records.

 

Larry is active in the local American Institute of Architect Golden Empire Chapter and has served as the editor of the AIAGE Axis Newsletter.
