Manuel Maldonado

Mr. Maldonado’s career has been passionately focused on serving the needs of the educational community. He has a wide range of educational experience, projects as small as a classroom addition to a full comprehensive educational facility.  He brings with him fresh educational design ideas, along with the knowledge of a LEED® AP in the areas of sustainable design. As a principal he will lead the firms design philosophy and continue to expand the ideas that support the ever-changing needs or our clients. Manuel’s passion, dedication and commitment are traits that will ensure an innovative solution to each design opportunity.

Manuel has a history of active involvement with Rotary clubs in both Earlimart and Bakersfield as past President and Board Secretary, respectively.  He was the pro-bono designer and a strong advocate for the development of the first community park in Earlimart, “Rotary Park”.  He continues his community involvement through the American Institute of Architects as a member and a past president.
