Leadership

The original leadership of the firm has guided the firm from its humble beginnings, in a spare bedroom of Mr. Melby’s home, to its current position as a recognized design leader in the region. New leaders have gradually been added to create a broader, more diverse level of talent and service to firm clients.  The firm is currently actively cultivating the next generations of leaders to continue the tradition and expand on the firm’s strengths to take it to the next level.
